Hollywood Spectra is a non-ablative laser, which means it does not damage the top layer of skin like some other skin resurfacing lasers. Instead, it uses a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser energy in ultra-short pulses to target and break down pigmentation, acne scars and other skin imperfections without damaging the surrounding tissue.
